
Axis Robot Control PCB
We successfully designed a 6-axis robot control PCB, a technically demanding project that required precise handling of six motor channels, power regulation, and control signals on a single board. Key challenges included signal congestion, power distribution, and thermal management. These were resolved through multi-layer routing, 2 oz copper with wide power pours, optimized decoupling, and a robust grounding strategy. The result is a reliable, high-performance PCB capable of stable operation under heavy motor loads.

Onju-Home PCB Project
We designed the Onju-Home_PCB for a client as part of a smart home automation system. The PCB includes integrated power regulation, microcontroller interfacing, and multiple sensor/actuator connections.Our team ensured proper layout design for signal integrity, safety, and compact size. This project involved complete schematic design, PCB layout, and manufacturing file preparation (Gerber, BOM, and pick-and-place files). The prototype board was successfully tested in our development lab and after all efforts implemented in the client’s smart home setup.

Portable Battery UPS
We developed a portable UPS powered by dual 18650 Li-ion batteries with USB Type-C charging support. The design includes a 5V USB output, dedicated 3.3V and 5V slots, and an adjustable buck-boost converter delivering 1–30V, making it highly versatile for microcontroller-based projects. Compact and efficient, it ensures stable power delivery, portability, and flexibility for prototyping and embedded applications.

HVAC Controling Device PCB
We developed a PCB for an HVAC control device that manages temperature sensors, fan control, and compressor relays. Key challenges included relay switching noise, unstable sensor readings, and limited PCB space. These were resolved with opto-isolators, improved analog ground routing, and optimized component placement for proper isolation. The final design passed all functional tests and ensured reliable, efficient HVAC operation.

ESP32 Touch remote
ESP32 based 5×5 wireless Touch Matrix remote. It has a rechargeable battery and charging circuit on it which makes it portable and easy to use. It can connect to any laptop or desktop or any other devices via bluetooth and provides upto 25 touch buttons. It supports single press, long press, multi press, touch wake up features. It has RGB status indicator led, power button. There is also option to add a IR LED to make it an IR remote and buzzer for haptic feedback.

Door Lock Using QR Code
We designed and prototyped a PCB for a Smart Door Lock using QR Code technology, enabling secure and efficient access control. The custom board integrates the microcontroller, QR scanner interface, and power management, ensuring reliable performance in a compact design. Data Logger System
We designed a Data Logger System consisting of sensor nodes and a gateway, developed in Altium Designer. The boards utilize ESP microcontrollers with Lora WAN connectivity for long-range, low-power communication, enabling efficient data collection and transmission. DIY Mechanical Keyboard
We developed custom DIY mechanical keyboards and macropads using advanced microcontrollers such as ESP32-S3. These boards are designed with hot-swappable Cherry MX switches for flexibility and dynamic RGB backlighting for a premium visual experience.The project focused on creating a reliable yet customizable platform that allows users to modify key switches without soldering, ensuring long-term adaptability. ENVOY – FuturusticHelmet
ENVOY 2034 will assist you in decision-making by using geospatial mapping, neurotech, and AI. This futuristic helmet has a LiDAR which makes a real-time 3D mapping just like self-driven cars and analyses what is happening around the rider, at the same time EEG brain wear tracks down what a rider is thinking like in what direction and speed he wants to proceed. By combining both of these inputs an AI-based algorithm will simulate his decisions and analyse if he can safely pass through or in case, the ENVOY 2034 senses a mishap, it will stimulate a pulse to the rider’s neurons through the brain wear consisting of electrodes to correct his decision.
